Just what I needed apart from slight loss of pressure owing to the small bore of the pipe this is. Good item

Excellent retractable hose reel; makes garden maintenance so much easier

Installation was relatively straightforward; though I did find that the included wall fittings weren't the best quality; so I used more robust bolts just to be safe given how heavy the reel is. One small thing to note is that you do have to guide the hose back in manually for the last couple of feet to ensure it sits perfectly; but otherwise; the automatic rewind works brilliantly. Overall; it is an excellent purchase that has completely stopped my garden from looking messy with tangled hosepipes.

A tidy solution forthe garden hose problem

The automatic retraction is wonderfully smooth; a gentle tug is all it needs, and the hose glides back into the casing without any kinks or jams. Another brilliant feature is the 180-degree swivel on the wall bracket. It allows me to reach every corner of the garden, from the flowerbeds by the house to the vegetable patch at the far end, without the hose snagging on anything. The spray gun that comes with it is also surprisingly versatile, with plenty of patterns to choose from, making it handy for everything from gently watering seedlings to cleaning the car.

Good hose pipe

Very good hose this but I do think it needs stronger bolts if hangin on a wall - just my opinion but I like things like this to be secure when it's going to be pulled around - personal choice! Connection to the tap is good and the length is good too - plenty for where we need it to go. It does retract ok but sometimes needs a little help, and good that it's 180o pivet for easy of use and access.

Retractable hose is a winner

So much better than our old hose reel that stands on the floor and needs manually winding in- and never goes back the same, and we get dirty hands from the wet hose!
