Good chair
Very easy to assemble with the instructions. I'm not so keen on the lumbar support massage feature which vibrates when you hook it up, but you don't have to use it. The top pillow is fine and should be put through the higher holes towards the head area so it can support your neck; that works best in my view. Otherwise if you put it higher it's a bit too stiff for your head.
Impressed!
I'm very impressed with it, actually! Pretty comfy but the cushion for the neck was useless as I'm 6'1" and there's no way of attaching it high on the back. Seems strong and durable. No noise. Casters nice and loose. Overall seems good quality and the lower cushion is pretty good for lumbar support but I never plug it in for vibration. Covering material has a quality feel. I'm not worried for the price.
