Great bike for the price
Easy to assemble, components seem well made and it provides a good enough home workout. Don't expect an intense HIIT session but on the higher resistance levels, it provides a good cardio workout. Not too heavy which makes it nice and easy to move around / fold up meaning this is a good bike if you've got limited space at home.
Good but a bit easy
For the price it is good: Sturdy, easy to move around, easy to assemble. It is quiet and stable when using. This was no surprise as others had hinted at this: the max difficulty on this is not enough for me. I am 6ft1, run at 8:30 minute mile pace and cycle around town a bit. I use it for burning calories whilst watching a film and can go for over an hour without really getting out of breath. So if you are reasonable fit and want something that will challenge you in a shorter workout then this is not for you.
