Surprisingly Good for the Price - Samsung MS23K3513AK Solo Microwave

However, after reading some of the reviews, I do agree with the comments about ease of use. The instructions aren’t very clear, and it’s odd that you can’t just input the exact cooking time. It took us a few days to work out the best way around this. Like many others, we haven’t really used the preset functions, but the 30-second reheat feature is brilliant — perfect for half a large cup of coffee! I also like that it beeps to remind you your drink (or food) is ready.

Looks great, works well.

The paper instructions provided are very basic, but if you register the device on Samsung online by scanning QR code on top then there is a much more thorough online manual. That said, the instructions are far more complicated than they need to be, I could probably work out the controls of an Airbus A320 quicker.

What’s not to like price and brand

So purchased this Samsung microwave after quite a bit of research. We were looking for a reliable well made microwave for home. So far this has been excellent. Very easy set up had no issues with burning overcooking items. The interior is very easy to clean due to the internal coating. We love the low energy sleep level, which is done with a touch of the stop button. But the moment you open the door or touch any controls it’s back on ready to go.

2 years of ownership - honest review

The black finish still looks smart and modern in the kitchen and the ceramic interior is easy to wipe clean. The controls take a little bit of getting used to because there are quite a few functions, but once you know the buttons it’s straightforward enough.

Heavy piece of kit.

Very very easy to set up, heavy so should be good quality, Samsung usually is. Great value for money. Comprehensive use menu cover most eventualities.
