Solid, heavy-duty and well-made.
These are very solid cabinets, far better than flat-pack furniture that MFI used to sell for example. They come ready-assembled except for the feet and drawer handles (which are metal not plastic). The only criticism is that the drawer runners aren't quick-release and so, if anything drops behind the drawer, a screwdriver is needed in order to remove the drawer. Well worth the money and highly recommended by me.
The X files
This filing cabinet is well made, lower drawer runners are very sturdy.The only down fall is the anti tilt leg which drags on the carpet making the drawer a little tight to open and it stops the drawer from closing tight you have to push the leg a little to fully close the drawer. I do recommend this cabinet.

Good product, but a tad expensive.
Very suitable for purpose and aesthetically very nice. A tad expensive in my opinion, but acceptable. Adequate room for suspended files and good drawer space, which opens and closes very freely. Good delivery, well packaged and complete. I have a hard wooden floor so cut and stuck a piece of 15mm foam insulation around the 'foot' in case continual use caused a mark. Not sure if 'foot' necessary, but used anyway. All in all I fully recommend and am 100% happy with the product, the only reservation is to reiterate my opinion of a tad on the expensive side.
Fab bit of storage for my new office
Needed two pedestals for my home office. Didn't realise it came already assembled so that was a nice surprise..just had to screw in the handles and stick the wheels on.. nicely completes my new home office. Bought desk, cupboard, pedestals, and table from Office Hippo Essentials and so far its worked out as a good choice!
