Excellent and comfortable chair that was easy to assemble.
Excellent and comfortable chair that was easy to assemble. For me it has good lumbar support and the maximum recline angle is more than most (135degrees). The swing up arms allow me to put the chair fully under the desk when not in use, creating more space in the office. The arms are also adjustable in height. Overall the Valour is much better than my old office chair.
Comfortable and Quick to assemble
Arrived quickly and was well packaged. Chair was very easy to put together and took no longer than 30 minutes. Have used for a couple of weeks now and is comfortable and sturdy. The base is built of metal. An added bonus is the 5 year warranty.
Comfortable chair!
The mesh back is surprisingly comfortable. It has a slight flex that provides support without feeling overly firm or rigid. Itβs much nicer than traditional thick padding, which tends to flatten over time. The airflow is a bonus as well. I thought it might feel like a cheese grater, but it's soft and even feels comfortable against bare skin.
Comfortable chair with great customer service
Iβve had this chair for several days now after swapping out from an old gaming chair, since using it Iβve noticed my back ache after wfh all day has gone and helps me to sit with much better posture, the chair and headrest specifically are very comfortable. I did have a slight issue with the armrests which was more than likely caused during shipping but after reaching out to the seller they were brilliant and have already started the process for replacing the part free of charge. The warranty/guarantee was one of the biggest reason I picked this chair and so far Iβm more than impressed.
