We have a year-old Labrador and she's more than happy to curl up in this seemingly comfortable bed when the rest of the car is taken up with camping stuff. Sure, she can't stretch out like she would in anything larger, but if the journey is more than an hour then we'll stop so she can walk around. And probably poop, too, let's face it.
Roomy and cosy
It's easy to install and the pup quickly accepted it. When not in the car she also sleeps in it as her night bed with dog blankets to snuggle.
The answer I needed
Great buy for my two cockerpoos. Did have separate beds in the back seat but my youngest pup just shakes and is scared when she is sitting by herself. Got this for them to be together and she now lies down and sleeps on journeys x

Easy to install on the bench seat in the campervan. It would easily fit on the rear seat of a car. It attaches using the seatbelts through loops in the base and others around the headrests.
Relaxed car journeys
Purchased this for my 2 small dogs so they feel safe in the car unlike on the front seat with restraints on. Easy to install, only used it twice so far but it will be used 6 days a week. I know I am more relaxed knowing they will not fall on the floor. I purchased a waterproof cot mattress protector in case they have any accidents and it was a perfect fit.
