Speaking of the manual, it's the only real subject of nitpicking. It seems to unconsciously assume some basic experience with coffee machines, for me it had been a long time so I wasn't up to scratch. For instance, it talks about the pre-brew feature without, as far as I can tell, actually explaining what it does or why you'd use it. It mentions long-time/first-use renewal process in a slightly contradictory way and tells you to inject the system with an appropriate amount of water, again without telling you what that is. Works great

The standout feature for me is the compatibility with multiple types of coffee pods. Instead of being tied to a single brand, you can choose from a much wider range of coffees, making it much easier to find flavours you enjoy. It also means you can take advantage of whichever pods happen to be on offer rather than feeling locked into one particular system.

The touch control panel makes daily brewing clear and easy to adjust. Love how flexible this machine is

I bought this because I already had different types of pods in the house and I was getting tired of needing separate machines or being stuck with one system. That is what makes this one so useful for me because it takes nespresso original, dolce gusto, lavazza a modo mio and even ground coffee, so I can just use whatever I have and not overthink it. It has made mornings easier and also works really well when someone else wants a different type of coffee because my father drinks something and my mother prefers only nespresso capsules because those are her favorite ones.
