Bristan Blueberry Sink Mixer with Easyfit Installation Deck

Lovely tap with the newer secure EasyFit, prefer a different lever, care needed in installing

Installed the tap myself, easy to do (depends on your own system arrangement). I replaced a twin tap unit, so needed to blank off one hole in a sink. The warning is the Bristan Easyfit system has had problems in the past. However, this is the latest version, where they've solved the problem of the grub screws coming undone. I took no chances however, and applied 'thread lock compound' to ensure they never do. You have to make sure all the 'O' rings in the base are protected and greased with the supplied grease, and that you install the base the right way round (physically and also the hot & co

Excellent easy fit tap.I just had to use a half round file to make my hole in worktop a little bigger so the tap would fit.it saves a lot of backache as less time spent under the sink.For a 80 year old that is a massive plus.
