Excellent Quality. Real like flames
Excellent quality Burner.Very real like flames. I wanted one to fit into a corner of my living room to give it some extra feelings of warmth and Cosiness. It is the perfect fit. Looks so warm and real. No noise with the light or the fan heaters but gives out a lovely heat from the front bottom of the burner.
Brilliant electric stove heater!
I’m so pleased with my purchase. The stove looks so much better in real life, and the flames look real. I was really surprised at how quickly my living area heated up. And furthermore I was so pleased to hear that the sound is actually just like a humming sound. Not at all loud or intrusive. I can’t express how happy I am with this purchase.
The second one works fine!
I am really pleased I stuck with this model. As reported by several other people, there is a hum from the motor that runs the optiflame. You notice it when you first put it on, but its not so loud that it becomes uncomfortable. You certainly don't need to turn up the tv or radio to cover it! The optiflame looks as good as any imitation flame and the heater is effective for the job I wanted it for, ie, a little extra heat rather than turning up the central heating.

Arrived ok ,nice fire ,simple to use ,I wouldn’t say it was quiet,but when the telly is on you won’t notice the noise
