Arrived very promptly and got to work straight away assembling it. I spread all the pieces on the floor first and then looked at the instructions, I almost choked and gave up before I started when I looked at the “exploded view”, the good news however is that most of the assembly has already been done for you, so it really is just putting the main elements together. This took me roughly 45 mins (15 mins of that was due to me putting something on the wrong way around and then having to loosen the bolts that I’d tightened so tight I nearly couldn’t Untighten them!). Excellent value for the price

A slow but sure journey. I'm using the rower 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes each session, for just about 1 month now. I'm seeing some results - not huge, but feeling noticeable in terms of my upper body muscle definition. I have a budget cross-trainer as well, which gives me a more thorough work out but isn't as enjoyable to use as the rower (or as well built for the price). This rower feels like it is giving moderate exercise, not a gruelling work out - but the former is what most of us want. Compact but sturdy rowing machine

In use for me (I'm 5'11" and 14st/195lbs) it doesn't move in the slightest - it's absolutely solid. The bands provide a good tension (I have two of the three attached, currently) and I get a very decent workout from the machine. The only slight downside was that the counter/timer kept resetting but this was just a poorly seated battery and a little pressure in the right place soon sorted that. All-in-all, I'm very pleased with this little fitness machine.

BS BR3010 Rower & Gym

I love it in the months prier I was using weights and doing about 1 hour of exercise, all I have to do now is 30mins and I've seen more of a difference in the month I used this than the two months or so before. Im more toned lost inches on my waist 30 to 28 excellent back in my 28in jeans. My stomach is a lot more toned and my chest shoulders are all bigger and more defined.

Good piece of dual purpose kit

I would, if possible probably have given this item a 4.5 star rating. I have been using it now for about a year for a light gym/aerobic session post running and I can not say anything other than that, for the money it is a very good piece of kit. Yes, if you are beyond 6.0 foot then you will struggle with the span achievable when used as a rower but at about this height you can probably manage. If you want a dedicated rowing machine then there are better pieces of equipment to chose. However, if you are compromised on space and budget, I don't think that it can be beaten.
