We love it.
We use this almost daily. It has been flawless for us. Keep in mind that it is a large blender and will easily make 3 or 4 medium size smoothies. My kids are loving it and we have shifted away from ego's in the morning before school to fruit smoothies. There is plenty of power to puree just about whatever you want. It will pulverize ice easily and makes great milkshakes too. One of the best additions to the kitchen we have had in a while. Very happy, easy 5 stars.
The most powerful blender I have ever tried
I’ve been using this blender for a couple of weeks mainly for smoothies and protein shakes, and so far it has worked really well. The motor is quite powerful, so it blends frozen fruit and ice without leaving chunks, which was a problem with my previous blender. The smoothies come out very smooth.
This has POWER
I was simply not prepared for how much power this blender has. There is so much power and torque that the blender base was trying to twist to the right. It also has a pulse mode on blending that it will start and stop continuously until the ingredients are perfectly smooth. I really like this blender. the teeth are serrated and the pitcher is square, so that the ingredients are not just spinning around, but hitting the corners of the pitcher and being mixed into the middle again.

When I received it on same day delivery, it was not a lightweight one, so it felt sturdy. The user manual and a recipe book were included with the machine. The recipe book had some nice drinks in it that I will try. It will also pulse up nuts to make into paste, so it does provide versatility.
