ADAPTABLE AND ADJUSTABLE: This bed rail is designed for single and double beds, ranging in width from 90 to 180 cm and mattresses (double bed) with a maximum thickness of 7.9". As it has no legs, this handrail adapts to beds of all heights, anchoring directly to the mattress itself thanks to its precision adjustment and without the need for tools. It can be placed indistinctly on the right or left side of the bed.
Moreover, the frame is made of resistant steel and is adjustable, allowing the rail to be raised from 20" to 20.5" cm for greater safety.

Robust & flexible
My wife needed a rail to stop her falling out of bed & give her something to help her stand up. I was a bit concerned the folding mechanism might make it weak but she’s very happy with it. I don’t use the under mattress strap as simply the weight seems to keep it in place. Easy to put together, didn’t even need the screws but the strap & screws are handy if you need reassurance.
Great product, worth the money.
It has stopped my dad geom falling out of bed but he can also use it to help him pull himself up.
Perfectly does what it is advertised to do
Perfect for the job it is advertised to do. Even the carers we have for my 85-year-old sister's husband who this is for, stated how good it was both in keeping him safe in bed, whilst giving them the ability without difficulty get him in and out of bed when required, without being in the way when easily folded down.
Good quality and sturdy
Really good quality and sturdy bed guard, easy to set up and fit and easy to move for bed making etc ...bought for my disabled adult son and it's done the job, stopped him from falling out of his bed.
A good device but neither fool-proof nor a complete safety guard
The base of the device is sandwiched between the mattress and base of the bed and works well if the the mattress is heavy enough to hold it firmly in place. There is an additional tethering strap to fix at the other side of the mattress but I don't think this foolproof. The rail is hinged on the base so that it will swing down when the safety lock is released and this makes it easy for the bed user to get in or out of the bed.
