Excellent, not basic at all!
Also, as the canopy sits over the mesh inner roof, the negative is that driving rain would like get in if the wind was whipping it up and under the canopy - BUT the plus is that because the orange outer doesn't rest against the grey inner, you don't get condensation pools like you often wake up to in tents when you've pressed against the sides overnight.

Yeah I think it’s been great value, but tricky to set up on your own.. or with kids .. but it’s spacious and nice.. the zipper to the door catches a bit.. already had some nice memories

Very large tent. I thought the height would be better though. I purchased this as a leisure tent for cleared site provincial park camping. I was trying to get one that you could stand up straight in for most of the area (for changing in/out of bathing suits comfortably, etc), but I'm 5'7/5'8 and could only stand up straight right in the middle and even then there is the storage pouch there in the way. Aside from that, it's a big spacious tent. Was a standard set up with two people. It rained on our trip but we had no leaks (Moosehorn, MB in July right on the beach). We use a tarp under our ten
Really easy and functional
This was so quick and easy to put up and take down, and it all fit back in the very compact bag without too much of a struggle. In our case it was, literally, child's work, as the 12-yr olds put it up and took it down themselves, only needed help when folding it back up in the right shape to fit in the bag. (The bag is a rectangle with two handles, not suitable for carrying long distances.) Four youngsters fit comfortably inside, four fully grown adults would be ok if gear left elsewhere. We were lucky with the weather so can't assess the water tightness, though it looks like it would do fine
Perfect for casual camping/festivals
I wouldn't use it for serious camping, but as a lightweight, no frills, easy to set up tent for casual camping/festivals etc. it's great for the price range.
