Assembly was simple. It comes with the tools, but using your own makes it even quicker. I had no issues putting it together, and it’s been solid for the few weeks I’ve been using it. The wheels make it easy to move around the room, and the locking casters keep it in place once positioned.
Back saver
The base is Velcroed down to the slabs of the stand. You can then very easily adjust the weight that you want and pull it out.
Rolls smoothly even fully loaded — great for a small home gym
Assembly on the EnterSports dumbbell stand took under five minutes, which is about as good as flat-pack furniture gets. Once it was together, it immediately solved a problem I didn't realise was bothering my back quite so much — picking dumbbells up off the floor between sets is a small thing until you've got a bad back, and then it's not small at all. Having them racked at a sensible height makes a noticeable difference.
A necessary addition
While it talks about your back, that's not what really appeals to me. Rather, it's having a proper "place" for the dumbbells, and being able to easily go from storing them to using them. After I got the relevant set of dumbbells I realized the awkwardness of trying to store them; just sitting them on the floor in a corner looked and felt as though I was piling up random crap like a hoarder, and it was also inconvenient to retrieve them when I wanted to use them. With the wheeled stand they have a place where they belong, and even if I stick the cart in the same corner it's both more convenient
