3 ways to open it
①Personal code/master code+turning knob. ②Emergency keys+turning knob. The first time you get the safe, please use the key to open the door. Pick up the badge and expose the emergency keyhole passage. ③External battery box+personal code/master code+turning knob. Attention: Don't keep the emergency keys in the safe. If you forget the password, you will not be able to open it.

I set this up easily, in line with the instructions. However, I still don't understand the difference between the Master code and User code, the instructions were a little garbled and were not clear which code it was referring to - at the end of the day, it will operate with two codes in exactly the same way.

It has a sturdy door with larger than normal deadbolts and has been well constructed. It’s heavy without being too heavy and would happily go in an upstairs room without issue.
