Great dumbbells for a beginner like me
tl;dr: These dumbbells are a great set to get started with, the quick adjustment is very smooth and easy and the offer a decent weight for at home use. The only negative is the weight spread - the jumps in weight are a little odd and could be too much for some people. Overall I think these are great value for money for those just starting out.
Game changer!
If you work out at home, this is an absolute must. I used to have weights that you constantly had to remove the plates on each side to adjust the weight which was not only extremely time consuming, but it demotivated me from doing anything so they just sat there. I wanted to focus on my fitness more so I bought these to ease the workouts. They are very sturdy and the weight is accurate. Very easy to use and handle. I bought a set of 2 which is perfect for my RDLs. Great value for money. Trust me this is much more efficient than either having to manually adjust or having a set of each weights y

I wanted home weights which were a bit better than the plastic wheels at the end type of the bar weights. This is a good product. Really like it. So easy to change weight levels in seconds.

Very pleased with this product. It works well with no problems. The only downside is that I only wish I purchased this item with a rubber grip because the metal grip does slip . But overall a 5 star from me
